The Christmas season has a way of reminding us what truly matters – showing up for one another with generosity, intention, and heart. At Alabama Family Trust, giving back is not a once-a-year gesture; it’s part of who we are. Still, the holidays offered a special opportunity to put that spirit into action.
This past Christmas, members of the Alabama Family Trust team visited a local nursing home carrying stockings filled with small gifts and thoughtful surprises. What began as a simple act of kindness quickly became something more meaningful.
That same spirit guides our work every day. At Alabama Family Trust, we believe deeply in taking care of your loved ones – today and for generations to come. Supplemental needs disability trusts, also known as special needs trusts, allow families to provide for loved ones in perpetuity, with honor, dignity, and compassion. As a unique public service created by state law, Alabama Family Trust shelters and protects assets for persons with disabilities of all ages, helping them achieve or maintain eligibility for potential means-tested government benefits. These trusts can also help safeguard vulnerable individuals from financial exploitation or fraud.
Our mission is rooted in service – whether through charitable giving, community outreach, or professional trust administration. We strive to serve the families who place their trust in us with the highest levels of professionalism, cost efficiency, and care. Just like those Christmas stockings, every trust we administer represents thoughtful planning, protection, and a promise: your loved ones will be cared for, with respect and compassion, now and always.
