As the True Link Administrator, Jennifer manages all aspects of the True Link cards for the Alabama Family Trust. Her responsibilities include ordering new cards, reconciling monthly accounts, disbursing funds, and closing accounts.
Jennifer joined the Alabama Family Trust in July 2025, following her retirement in December 2024 after 33½ years of service with the State of Alabama. Of those years, she spent 24 with the Alabama Medicaid Agency in the Elderly and Disabled Division, including her final seven years as District Office Manager in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
Her extensive experience serving elderly and disabled individuals has equipped her with both deep subject matter knowledge and a strong sense of patience and compassion when working with beneficiaries and their representatives.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration from University of Phoenix.
