We want you to know that Alabama Family Trust has put measures into place so that our staff is able to work remotely.
Ideally, we will receive any requests and supporting documentation from you by email. We will also have access to our paper mail unless there is a disruption in postal service. Because our staff can work remotely, we will continue processing your requests as always.
Additionally, Warren Averett and ServisFirst assure us that they have emergency procedures in place so they will continue to provide services for Alabama Family Trust beneficiaries and representatives.
We will keep working at our office unless it becomes obvious that we need to switch to operating remotely.
Please do not worry, we intend to do everything possible to continue to provide service for our representatives and beneficiaries.
