Alabama Family Trust leaders in an interview iHEART radio with JT talks about how AFT can protect assets, help avoid a “spend-down” of personal assets in a skilled nursing home, enable Medicaid eligibility, and improve overall quality of life for a loved one by utilizing trust assets to pay for items and services not covered by Medicaid. AFT client Debbie McCune recently talked about how her mother had a trust with Alabama Family Trust while in a nursing home before passing away. JT had great questions to help listeners learn more about the benefits available to all Alabama residents facing a disability.
